Today marks the beginning of a new adventure. I’m thrilled and honored to welcome you to the beginning of Wild Sage Fitness. We’re new, we’re passionate, and we’re excited to embark on this journey with you.
We understand the countless hours, days, and years you’ve spent nurturing others, sometimes forgetting to nurture yourself in the process.
And that’s why Wild Sage Fitness exists.
Our vision is to build a beacon for women over 50, to offer a guiding light on your path back to yourself. While we may be at the beginning of our journey, our commitment to this vision is steadfast.
Our philosophy goes beyond physical fitness. We’re about discovering the unique rhythm of your body, honoring your natural wisdom, and supporting you in the process of rekindling your authentic desires, ones too often smothered by society’s expectations.
At Wild Sage Fitness we stay in our own lane. We respect and honor every woman’s unique path and encourage you to do the same. We believe in building a community that uplifts and supports its members, acknowledging that each journey, like each woman, is beautifully unique.
We advocate for moving slowly, protecting our bodies from injury, enjoying the beauty of our natural environments, and fostering a deeper connection with ourselves. We do not prescribe diets. Instead, we invite you to become your own expert, to trust your body, and to uncover the sage wisdom that resides within you.
This blog will serve as a platform for sharing practices, advice, inspiration, and stories. We’ll discuss everything from mindful movement and self-nourishment to mindset shifts and meditative practices. It’s a place for us to be inspired, to learn, to grow, and to connect.
